#1147 SET REVIEW: 76153: Avengers Helicarrier

Today we're reviewing our first Marvel set on the blog! We were sent this by LEGO to review but our view will be our own. We aim to provide a unique review from the perspective of a MOC builder and fan of building techniques and choose to score sets out of 100, giving 20 points each for a variety of factors.

Overall, it's a great set with a fantastic range of minifigures and tons of play features, only lacking some finishing touches. The turbine mechanism where all four can spin at once works incredibly well, even if it does mean there is little interior space. The set could have benefitted from more pieces to help the model feel less bare but that would have increased the price, which for Marvel sets is quite good.
