#142 Did You Know: 2x2 Modified Plate Origin Story

Did you know that the 2x2 modified plate was specifically made for the 2012 UCS B-Wing?

The designer was looking for a way to construct the starfighters wings and needed to build on both sides while having a strong connection. This new element was specially created for this function and has many other uses today in MOCs.
