#1462 SET REVIEW: 21329 Fender Stratocaster

Today we’re reviewing the newest LEGO IDEAS addition that we’re thrilled to reveal today too, the Fender Stratocaster Guitar! We were sent this set by LEGO but our view is unbiased and we aim to provide a unique review from the perspective of a MOC builder and fan of building techniques. We scored this set out of 100, giving 20 points each for a variety of factors.

Inspired by the classic Fender Stratocaster guitar and submitted as an Ideas project by fan designer Tomáš Letenay, this set does a wonderful job at re-creating the iconic look of the guitar at ~1/4 scale. The set also includes the ‘65 Princeton Reverb amp to plug into your guitar, along with a foot pedal. For such a small scale the set captures the detailing of real guitar quite well. The set has some beautiful sculpting to give the guitar body its shape and gives you the choice of two colours! This choice does have a drawback though… the price.
