#175 Favourite Brick Friday: 6005 Brick, Arch 1 x 3 x 2 Curved Top

This week's favourite brick is the 1 x 3 x 2 arch with curved top that is great in a variety of ways for your MOCs.

Firstly, its used on the exterior of builds, thanks to the smooth surface and unique curve it creates. It also can look good in interiors, as the other side of the smooth surface is a texture that works well to contrast all smooth surfaces you might have in the interior.

Lastly and uniquely, plates can be positioned on the inside of a variant of this piece (those with bricks on both sides) to create bridges or other structures as pictured. This angles the plates to replicate the curve's shape, so no hinges or other specialist parts are needed, and this makes it an ideal choice for builders.
