#354 TECHNIQUES - Perfect sphere

Today's technique is a clever use of parts by Flickr user "umamen". You can check out his original post here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/umamen/23999220611/

As stated in the picture, this technique uses the 1x1 "flower" stud connected backwards into the 2x2 inverted rounded tile. The fit is perfect, and allows the sphere created to by completely flat, unlike if other pieces with studs on the top are used.
This technique has many applications for everything from ornate fences to snowmen, and uses some fairly common parts. Anyone got enough of them to make a snowman with this technique? It'd be great to see in the comments!
