#361 TECHNIQUES - A different kind of cheese slope mosaics

For those of you who have been following this page for a while, you'll have seen the various flooring techniques I've featured that use 1x1 "cheese" slopes to create mosaics.

Usually only cheese slopes are used, but Katie Walker, one of the most prominent users of the above mentioned mosaics has utilized 1x1 regular bricks. These form an interesting pattern alongside the slopes, allowing minifigures to be placed on if required, while still creating a floor that looks stunning. It can still be customized to any colour with the vast array of 1x1 slopes available.
