Today's technique is by Péter Ittzés and shows you how to include coloured stripes into your MOCs, which can be useful for a range of builds but predominately spaceships and models from the sci-fi theme.
For all of the techniques featured, hinges are your best friend. They allow Péter to position the coloured stripes right up against the slopes, giving a clean finish with very few gaps showing. Any potential gaps are covered with pieces such as 1x2 panels as shown in the picture.
