Today we're sharing 2 flooring techniques created and broken down by Marcel V. Check out his photostream on Flickr here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/154489981@N04/42204545352/in/dateposted/
The first technique uses masonry bricks positioned on their sides, but they are held in place by tiles. These tiles are connected in a unique way to plates, as they can just fit between the studs. This creates the perfect spacing for the bricks and a great effect can be achieved.
The second technique utilises the unique ridges of 1x2 cheese slope piece, and also places them on their sides. To support each of the cheese slopes, Marcel found that technic axles can prop them up by the perfect amount to create the textured flooring.
