#703 TECHNIQUES: Creating the Iron Throne

Whether you've a avid fan of Game of Thrones or not, hopefully you know enough about it to recognise the Iron Throne. Today we're sharing a clever technique used to create a LEGO version of it by Corvus Auriac MOCs, who you should definitely be following if you're not already: https://www.flickr.com/photos/corvusauriac

It of course uses a variety of swords, but what's important is the way these swords are connected. Two pieces specifically are used; skeleton arms and mechanical claws, and these hold the swords as well as having part of the bar being available to connect to more of the arms and claws. What's worth noting as well is that these are then connected to the base by headlight bricks, which hopefully you can see in the picture.
