#843 TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS: 'German airfield, 1945'

This week we're talking about a military MOC by Gabe F on Flickr. Based on German airfields from WWII, the scene depicts the brutality of war. A rough texture is created for the grass with feather pieces while cheese slopes are used to change the colour of the wall. Custom printed minifigures and custom moulded parts are nice to see and provide that extra built of detail. Finally, as well as the murky colour scheme, the clean black border contrasts well to the other elements of the scene.
