The first technique by wani_brick on Instagram uses string parts with bar sections, wrapping them around the Thanos big fig. 1x1 clips with crystals are then attached to these bar sections to give a surrounding energy effect. https://www.instagram.com/p/CBUv2juJY8j/
The second technique by Thorsten Bonsch uses a regular string piece and clamps it with transparent studs on either side.
