This week's technique analysis is a mouth-watering build by Grant Davis: 'Gingerbread House'. It was one of his builds in the Iron Builder competition to which he managed to pull out a win, and this build was our favourite of all those he created. Back to the build - it uses many clever technique and part uses, from rubber bands and bars to create thin icing details to the 4x4 flower pieces for the intricate roof design. What is your favourite part use or technique in the build?
