#1490 TECHNIQUES: Steps technique

Today we're featuring a breakdown of some weathered steps from Sam K Bricks' Temple Ruins Tardis MOC! The entire MOC has this same effect to make the Tardis look forgotten, but the steps cleverly use SNOT bricks and hinges to make uneven levels.
