#1585 TECHNIQUES: Baseplate Stress-Free Angle Techniques

You might remember your high school science teacher preaching the usefulness of the Pythagorean theorem? Well, in this post we put these triangles to use through techniques that allow you to break free from the square grid of a baseplate and lay strong angled foundations for your builds!

This post features 5 techniques commonly used to build angled elements in official LEGO sets or in MOCs. Each of them has at least two anchored studs, making them stable, and are considered to be “legal” techniques, meaning they don’t put stress on the bricks.

Grab some tablescrap parts and get ready to build some angles that are particularly useful for architectural builds.
