When decorating interiors of MOCs, sometimes you need more than just the classic chair piece. Although it does serve its purpose as its moulded to fit a minifigure, brick-built chairs like the one pictured can look much better.
This one even has armrest made out of mechanical arms (link to this piece on Bricklink below) and sits on a turntable to allow it to rotate on the spot. The design also features a SNOT bracket to form the back rest. The 2x2 tile allows minifigures to be placed on it, but this could be swapped for plate to allow the minifigure to be secured to it.
