1. Interlocking leaves - thin layer of leaves connected loosely
2. SNOT plants - using SNOT bricks to position plant pieces at horizontal angles
3. Layering - using leaves in thick layers to create huge trees
4. Interlocking plates - plates are delicately connected together, used for microscale
5. Classic - using a few leaf pieces and lots of brown slopes to show the trunk
6. "Exploding" bush - bush pieces are arranged with their points pointing out
