#443 Monday's MOC of the Week: Utopia/Dystopia by Dead Frog inc. on Flickr

This week's MOC of the week is an unusual but artistic pick; "Utopia/Dystopia". It was created by Dead Frog inc. on Flickr, and you can view his post here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/just0nebrick/14071497942/in/photolist-bVPpmP-bvFgLd-9fRz2Z-nRww5E-6LmwrR-jcfzZ1-nrs76u-8YSvhk-FoR8iZ-e8Qdx3-941Mn1-ajzM2q-hWHauH-pbGhHv-dP5UiS-pb8p2E-cx445L-dNEvoA-fns7e4-hBuEYx-dbadNs-hBvEeV-dsmk4A-crHYrs-hRDAEZ-AxmGez-rc5yVH-dj7uEp-8DaAj9-Y7oq1n-dFhnGd-ExJ1bj-8YzXaP-hRDvV9-pvwFKm-93XHDF-hWH65F-pdapLZ-7Kra12-aQHtKH-6fPewo-hRDQB6-hRDvWk-5kA8Bt-76UjTD-pb8pbs-hRD5Gq-cxPKMq-hRDdps-6fPfVw/

This model may look rushed and not too great at first, but look closer. Every piece has a purpose, with the atmosphere built up from dingy and random black pieces, transitioning to the modern city above. The builder uses technic bricks and gears to show the rugged transition, which some may say looks messy, but I really like and think it fits perfectly.

What's your opinion on this MOC? Masterpiece or mess?

Pictured are some of his other builds.
