#537 TECHNIQUES: Flower/plant techniques

Today's technique feature shows two interesting ways of creating flower/plants. These may be too large in scale for your minifigures, but you can't deny they look great and reveal some interesting connections between bricks.

The first definitely has an interesting part interaction between the plant stem pieces and 1x1 round tile with bar holder. The bar of the 1x1 tile can slot into the stems and when connected to a modified brick, this can create an attractive dandelion design. This was posted to Flickr by Jonas Kramm, and if you're not already following him you can do so here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/legols/33311831413/

The second technique utilizes technic parts, specifically the technic knob wheel. These parts can interlock to create an interesting texture, that has been used be gonkius on Flickr in his 'Knob' flower: https://www.flickr.com/photos/67516138@N02/40972190185/
