#632 TECHNIQUES: Analysis of ‘Bardal Watchtower' by JS_Ninjnerd on Flickr

Today we're looking at the techniques used in this neat little MOC called 'Bardal Watchtower', built by JS_Ninjnerd on Flickr. There's a lot of good techniques going on to create natural landscapes and interesting textures, with the highlight for me being that stunning tree design that uses hinges and bars to position 6x5 plant leaves. I also love the pathway and textured surfaces of rock and grass that have been created; they all look very natural thanks to the layering of plates and variety of slopes, some positioned sideways using SNOT bricks.
