This week's favourite brick is one that you might not think has an interesting use. It's been used in nearly 1500 sets since it's introduction in 1991, mostly on the underside of builds to connect pieces together with the thinnest piece possible.
However, check out the MOC pictured by hachiroku24. There's a lot of things that are great about it, but what stood out to me was how perfect the stepping stones look. Normally, 2x2 round (flat) tiles are used, but hachiroku24 uses this week's favourite brick positioned upside down to great effect. The piece is great upside down, as shown by mk_bricks on Instagram who uses an interesting techniques with clips and bars to position the pieces in a detailed path. Check out his account on Flickr here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BxVzO1BpbOu/
