Today we're taking a look at probably the most simultaneously yellow yet stunning build I've ever seen. Created by Ayrlego on Flickr, there are numerous awesome elements to the MOC that we're discussing:
Leaves - leaves are just never really done in LEGO, how would you even try and create them? Ayrlego has cleverly used minifigure hands to get interesting shapes and this is definetly my favourite part of the whole MOC.
Colours - the white of the bark contrasting surprisingly well to the bright yellow, and a orange yellow has also been used to break up the bright yellow
Texture - Ayrlego has tiled the building but leaves the ground with studs exposed to shows it's uneven texture
