#862 MOC of the Week: LEGO Maps
Today we're sharing not one but two impressive MOCs for MOC of the Week; LEGO versions of maps of Scotland and the World.
The Scotland Map by Dan Harris was made by obtaining a PNG of the map, then inputting it into a piece of software called Brickaizer, which was used to create a LEGO mosaic pattern of the image. This made the building process easy but any other way made have been 10 times more time consuming!
The World Map by dirkb86 is made of 6090 pieces and currently hangs on his living room wall. I don't know about you but I'd love to have this in my living room! He also built it digitally first, and you can in fact buy the instructions for the build here: https://sellfy.com/p/kmNC/
